Hallo, I am Anoop G.Better known as Poonaji among friends. Dont be confused. Poona is just the reverse of Anoop. My friends have great respect for me. So they call me Poonaji ( just like Nehruji, Mahatmaji). And I prefer this to my other names.

Job Security - revisited
Sometimes I make good notes... When i was going through my last year's posts I came across this post on Job Security.
"Put our job security based on the capacity to do the job, rather than the job itelf"
That is a good advice which I have taken myself!!!!!!!!!
