Did not understand anything after seeing the movie for half an hour. Did not have my DVD remote with me, so could not get the english sub titles..
Perhaps will try DA VINCI code later after getting the remote from home.
Before that we met santhosh's father who just came after a visit to Manasarovar.. He gave a full description of his travel to Manasarovar.. the people he met, the places he went through, the climates he had to face , the feelings he had.. the objectives he had and the determination he had for this travel etc. It was nice talk. It was nice to hear that he had a one year yoga and breathing training, so that he could cope with the difficulties in the travel.. i hope he will soon blog his travel.
One off topic also came during the discussion - he never asks name or details about the unknown persons he meets in train or hospital ( he is a doctor ).. he does not like to get prejudiced by the caste or religion or profession of the person sitting in front of him.. only once the relationship is established, he asks for even the name.. because he says.. prejudice is always in our inner layer of mind.. when our outer layer gets a bond with the person.. the prejudice inside the inner layer does not come out.. ! ( once we have a drink or two the outer layer gets broken and the inner layer will get exposed !!)
Atleast doctors, teachers and policemen should never get prejudiced ! may be good tip for them !
Question of the day : How to clean up the inner mind ?
1 comment:
Cleaning up the inner mind takes time and needs sheer dedication. "Cleaning up" is not an easy task and it may sound subjective also. What is CLEAN to you might be UNCLEAN to others.
But within one's framework, one can try to reform oneself in all the possible ways though it cannot be an overnight transformation. Good practices seen in others or heard from others can be owned up to reform ourselves to an extent.
Now cleaning of outer mind.... Use "Chandrika" (soap soap)
Similar to Gaadha jam jam :)
