Hallo, I am Anoop G.Better known as Poonaji among friends. Dont be confused. Poona is just the reverse of Anoop. My friends have great respect for me. So they call me Poonaji ( just like Nehruji, Mahatmaji). And I prefer this to my other names.

Performance Metrics
If you tell me in advance how you will measure me, I will behave accordingly..!
You should live to the metrics, right, but of the people whom you want to measure you. If you know the yardstick to measure yourself, thats the best because you dont have to depend on someone else
