I liked the way our Manager here has set his goals...
As a long term goal he needs Total quality for the product, and build an effective team.
And as a short term goal - he wants his team not to get exhausted. He wants us not to get stressed out...
And he has a committed work force also. Good for everybody.

well he failed in his goal and is presently getting psychiatric care.
